Wow! This is a VERY personal question -- really requires for you to be open and honest, not just with ourselves put the potential audience who come to read this post. Well, in the spirit of leadership, I'll go first. What I could do better is ORGANIZATION! As a creative, I'm guilty of being cluttered and scattered, and ALL the ways you can describe leaving piles all around me. It's part of my process, for sure, but I'm also aware that it could be a sign of MEMORY issues (which are a hereditary condition for my family). I've tried using professionally designed planners and systems, but nothing really sticks. I think it's because to be truly effective, it has to be something I create for myself.
