Lights. Camera. SNEWZ!

 HOME

Uh-oh! Vic's got a tummy ache—but that’s the least of his worries! Something spooky is creeping in, and if he’s not careful, this movie night might just turn into nap time! Will he make it to the big show, or is this a film that will end up watching him instead?

Any Which Way But Snewz (pt. 2)

When I made this comic strip, I used a mix of traditional drawing and digital tools—kind of like combining crayons and computer magic! First, I sketched tiny rough drawings (called layouts) with a regular ink pen to figure out how everything would fit. Then, I grabbed big sheets of thick paper (11x17" cover stock—it’s super sturdy!) and went to work with pencils and markers. After that, I used Adobe Illustrator on my computer to add all the words!

Each strip took about a day to finish from start to end—not too long, but just enough time to make it awesome! My favorite part of this page? The sleeping gas effect! I used a gray marker to make the smoke look extra swirly and mysterious. The shapes came out so cool, and I love how it turned out!

Stay tuned for the next part of "Any Which Way But Snewz"—things are only getting sleepier from here! 😴💨✨
